The latest totals show the Republican incumbent (Pawlenty) leading Democrat Hatch by 1%. I looked at the county by county returns and there are still 17 counties with less than 70% of the vote counted. Of those 17; seven would be considered strong Pawlenty counties, six would be strong Hatch counties, and six are toss-ups. I don't think this one will be decided until tomorrow. I think I'll maybe stay up for another half hour but then it's bedtime for me. Gotta work tomorrow!!
