Was the final 6-0? I missed the handshakes. Flyers pass up on the 33..

can the Stars do it? They need 2 more.

It has been an AWESOME year for the Penguins, and I look for great things in the finals from them. Whether its Detroit or Dallas, I think the Penguins will triumph - they're THAT good, imho!!! But, even if the unthinkable would happen and they don't win the Cup, we can't help but be entirely pleased with our Penguins!!! What a ride they have given us this year!!!!

Now, only four more wins to go!!!!!

Condolences to Fe Maiden for the Flyers, but Congrats to brotherdave on the Pens being the Eastern Conference champs. I'm sorry I didn't get to see any of that game yesterday. It sounds like a great capper for them. Onto a date with Lord Stanley!

Although Detroit has opened the door to the Stars in the last two games, I predict the Wings will put it away tonight. They'll likely draw inspiration from knowing the Pens are already resting and waiting.

I'm totally psyched for the game Saturday!!! And for the first time in the playoffs this year, the Pens won't have "home ice" advantage. I still think they can win it all, though! Watch for the Pens to take Game One if they score early...

But I am not sure the Pens will pull this one out. Partiularly if the Wings play their standard "Dirty" hockey and "Sid the Kid" watchs game 2-4 in the hospital.

Crosby, Malkin, and the group had better keep their heads up. The cheap shots will be coming.

    Go Pens!
