Anyway. As much as I think the Pens did a fantastic job, I think this years Red Wing deserve the Cup. They were an unstoppable force. The PENS put up an amazing effort, but the Wings are so skilled.
Congrats Red Wings. Congrats mickeymeg. Sorry Brotherdave. Next year is a whole new ballgame. Hopefully my AVS will be a powerhouse. I still haven't heard if Sakic plans on retiring yet. The LP NHL Play-Off lounge until remain open until Pre-season starts, then I will star over with a LP NHL 2008/2009 Season Lounge. Everybody check in regularly for updates during golf season.

I wanted to ask you guys what you think of Osgood. I like the fact that he did what he did, and he's a good goal tender but...

He certainly isn't the goal tender today that he was last time around with the Wings do you think?

Congratulations to the Red Wings! They really played a fantastic season. I'm pleased to see former Sharks Brad Stuart and Mikael Sammuelson hoist Lord Stanley's Cup.

Funny thing...shortly after the game was over, I could not access LP. I figured the LP server is a Pens fan. :p

Thanks for starting the topic for us Disney-hearted hockey fans could enjoy, dshyates. I look forward to visiting with everyone again when the 2008/2009 season begins in the fall.

    ROFL!

And yes, Patrick Roy was like an Evil Posessed Banshee back there, Chinese Splits, Eyes in the back of his head, Back there break dancing, and putting on clilnics. I swear I used to think he would bait guys to shoot the puck low only to catch it between high thighs and smile back at them! He stoned so many great shots back in the day. I have to agree, he truly truly is an all time great at goal tending. I used to believe that he stold more games than any other goal tender. I hate him! :p

I know about Belfour being all greedy and super duper attitude, but just speaking of talent alone...
