In the US at least, steel and concrete structures are often roughly the same price; some large buildings are designed for either, and the final design is chosen when it's put to bid, since it's tough to predict which will be cheaper. Unless things are drastically different in France (and their fire code is beyond insane), I have trouble believing it cost that much But overall that does seem like a pretty accurate top 10, even if things may be out of order. It would be really interesting to see everything adjusted for inflation, and see numbers from attractions that were budgeted together (like when a new park opened). I would think that Spaceship Earth, Universe of Energy, and the American Adventure would all be pretty high up on the list

But of course things are more expensive in Japan when compared to the USA. Everyone who has been there would know that. And while I am not one to care about how much OLC spends on their parks, I am one to critic their project's quality in the end. And the TOt at TDS is the most improved and excellent of them all. It just reeks in lavishness and grandiosity. So no one should be surprised at the price tag. And keep in mind that at the time it was built, the yen was actually clobbering the dollar right and left so it was propably more expensive in US$$ than hyperactive baby heuy cares to admit. Such a know it all he is. LOL Bottom line is.. it's no secret that OLC will dish up the money that it's required to create true Disney quality. TDR reeks in that quality all over, and TDS to this day continues to be the epithomy of that thematic caliber. Which is why TDR makes our precious WDW look like the poor man's resort it actually is. Maybe that's why people complain about the currect ticket price rates since they really don't match the quality of the MK park. But hey.. not all is expensive in Japan.. take the one-day ticket to TDL or TDS which under current exchange rates will set you back about US$69, for the highest quality park that offers so much more food venues, live shows and parades and more attractions than what the MK gives you for just about US$100. So there's. rejoice for TDR. Where True Disney magic lives!!

Turtle Talk is found a mere 300 feet away away from TDS's TOT inside the Sailing Ship Columbia. So much ignorance. No wonder some people here keep begging me to come back full time. Amazing how many people here have no clue what they're talking about.
