    From the press release:

    >>>The plan for Tokyo Disneyland Park centers on the redevelopment of Fantasyland, which will nearly double
the size of the themed land. Work on
    implementing this large-scale area
    development has already begun. In
addition to the renovation of the
    existing Fantasyland, major new
attractions, restaurants and shops are being considered for installation
    in the expansionsite.>>>

    >>>Under consideration for Tokyo DisneySea Park is the development of
a new themed port in the expansion site located south of Lost River Delta.
This eighth themed port will include major new attractions, restaurants and shops.>>>

    Sounds interesting.

At the back of Fantasyland you can see a castle, that looks a bit like DLP's.

I'm more excited about the new port at TDS. I wonder what it's going to be. And hopefully we will see an original attraction that isn't based on an excisting franchise.

'its a small world' does not seem to appear in that artist rendering at all!

And Fantasyland butt up against Space Mountain ... boy, OLC has lost interest in the future ... like Americans seem to have as well.

    Very disappointing.

I hope that artist rendering is Déjà vu ... like WDW's initial Fantasyland remodel that had an inundation of meet & greets ... before changing, once again.

Perhaps OLC's plans will drastically be altered as well.

About DisneySea ... I can't wait to see what they have in mind there. If it's a franchise cartoon land ... I'll be sick!

Maybe I'm wrong, but the building next to SM looks like the IASW building found at DLP.

I don't know at what concept art you are looking at, but the building on the left side of Space Mountain doesn't look like a French Chateau. I looks like a huge show building with an IASW facade.

So they are either getting rif of IASW or it will be rethemed to that pink thing or it will be relocated.

Its all ties well with the restaurant and the tea cups directly in front.

If they're reusing the iasw building for Alice, that will be a HUGE attraction! I can't imagine a dark ride would need anywhere near that much space; it's more than twice the size of Hunny Hunt. I suppose they could make a dark ride and some other indoor attraction (indoor labyrinth?) within the same structure. Depending how the entrance(s) are themed, I guess the other attraction wouldn't even need to be Alice-based, but it would probably be tough to squeeze another theme between Alice and Pooh

Looking on Google Earth, I can't believe the huge crowd waiting for iasw! When I visited it was a total walk-on, but it appears that the photos were taken on a *very* busy day (they're dated 3/7/14); there are massive queues for everything and huge hordes of people getting ready for the parade

Are there any rumors for what will go in Dumbo's current location? It's probably too small for another attraction, but it's a large space to leave completely empty. Maybe some sort of ODV or a permanent M&G location?

If what I'm hearing is true about the 8th Port for DisneySea. The reaction from fans outside of Japan is not going to be popular ;)

In the concept art it looks like a green area.

It seems Dumbo is moving into the new area and it looks like that Dumbo is finally getting the upgrade to the new version found in all other parks.

So it's going to be a Frozen port?

Is Frozen so popular among Japanese?
