It would certainly open the door for Capt. Hook!" I think you're right. Didn't Mulan even say it was Never Land at one point? Also, the promos with Hook make me think that too. Oh, and the guy at the beginning who got the postcard. People are guessing the White Rabbit, but I think he's the March Hare instead. It would make him the Mad Hatter's/Jefferson's friend, and maybe he's sending for backup?

Although, she didn't really know Cora was the evil one, so maybe she will still be fooled by her?

I'm also not sure if we were supposed to believe her little speech to Henry; it was nice sentiment, but she's not the most trustworthy character at this point. I think it's interesting how they're trying to combine the real world/fairy tale world backgrounds into a single character. There were definitely some awkwardly-worded portions related to keeping both identities, but I understand what they were going for. Any thoughts on where Mr. Gold had intended to travel to? The map was for Massachusetts, so maybe he was trying to find that mystery fellow who was at the beginning of the season premiere (though he appeared to be in NYC, based on the subway signs). Wherever it was, he clearly had some grand plan to do
