It's an open air area with switchback ropes... On the other hand... the stand by line maybe slow moving but it's covered for the most part (except for the bamboo area of it) and you have plenty of time to read every little sign and inside joke and storytelling there is in that queue. DEFINITELY the way to go if you are riding for the first time... Once you have been on, then get FP for future rides on it, or do single's line of you like torture.
