Something that I would guess, none of us were here to witness, and therefore it renders our critiques worthless. We have no way of knowing. Let's stick with events that we have been here to see. Also remember that both sides of any war consider themselves to be right otherwise they would not have been willing to lay their lives on the line. Therefore, history written by either side will be slanted toward their side. At the time, according to reports, most of the world was pretty sure we did the right thing...I will go with that.
