Just a little poetic justice I'm also curious where they found the stock photo for that article. It looks like it was taken in the 60's or early 70's with some old-school color film stock. It certainly predates the digital age and the Jack Sparrow version of the attraction!
Originally Posted By TMICHAEL Ferret, It's not even the WDW version of the attraction. this is from the current Disneyland version with the drunks on the barrels. They were put there from the finale when Sparrow was put in at the base of the lift. WDW never had them in this scene.
