As much I would love to have the people mover back it just isn't going to happen. Disney focuses their time on what is coming up in the future. Walt Disney always said that his favorite attraction was which ever was coming up next. Sorry to be negative but it just isn't going to happen.

Stick around here at LP long enough .. and you'll see we have very little tolerance for "trollish" behavior. This topic is note to click on to the petition. General discussion is great. But if anyone wants to start a negative tirade against any kind of a new Peoplemover system ... Please take it somewhere else.

Jungle Cruise is a perfect example. >>but it just isn't going to happen.<< Oh, do tell us what you know. You know .... we can pretty much say what we want around here .. and convince ourselves is the reality.... But lets keep ourselves in perspective in this public forum. The only ones who know what's going to happen for sure are those behind closed doors at WDI. They are pretty good at keeping secrets.

OC Dean has been none to bully persons here and there, so, no surprise. Though I can take it, no prob [Technically mousefun is right. Yearn for the days of Monsanto House of Aluminum Future. [You mean like the 'un disney' way Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln when it came back in 1975? And like the 'un disney' way the subs are coming back in 2007?] Lincoln never "came back". It's been basically the same show. Oh, btw, a boring one at that move around 3,000 persons a day. OC, you dont see any Lincoln in this theater now, do you? Pretty UnDisney to bring back such an antiquated clunker like Mr. Lincoln. Subs coming back in a totally new ride form. AND, sadly, I feel that, capactiy wise, it will be a disaster (as was the distarous capcity sucking WedWay redo, Rocket Rods).

Secondly, I guess you can say that a urinal in a closet is more compelling then just an empty closet. Nothing on the PM track has been working quite well for many years now, thank you very much. Sorry. PM is 100% never coming back. This is a fact. Now, if you dont mine, please sign my petition below: www.revivesuperstarlimoohprettyplease.com

There's a difference. <<Secondly, I guess you can say that a urinal in a closet is more compelling then just an empty closet. This is a fact.>> I never said it was, and it is not a fact, it's an opinion. I happen to agree that the likelyhood of it not returning is very high, but never say never. <<if you dont mine, please sign my petition below:>> They did revive SSL in the same way they are reviving the Submarine Voyage. Same ride, different theme. And that IS a fact.

Tomorrowland has been so sad without all of that wonderful kinetic energy that it used to have. Subs, new monorails and a working Peoplemover would bring a lot of life back into this sadly neglected area. And oc_dean, I see you're discovering the joys of communicating with my buddy mousefun. The sad thing is he really does seem knowledgeable about Disney parks and their history. And maybe some of his points could be discussed and bantered around if his bombastic junior high taunting style weren't so danged irritating. I found the best way is to just laugh at the little fella, and hope he goes away . . .

[I never said it was, and it is not a fact, it's an opinion. I happen to agree that the likelyhood of it not returning is very high, but never say never.] No. It's done. Never. And, what's with the phrase, never say never? Why not? I will NEVER snort coke. I will NEVER jump off a 50 story building. I will NEVER like Country music. That phrase never say never is the silliest cliche' ever. Makes no sense. [They did revive SSL in the same way they are reviving the Submarine Voyage. Same ride, different theme. And that IS a fact.] Well, with your logic, then, Winnie the Pooh is simply a revived version of Country Bears. [But as others have said, anything there is better than nothing. ] Really? Large mounds of cow manure? Blenders full of rotted fish? Once again, throwing out a wide net by using a cliche'. [And oc_dean, I see you're discovering the joys of communicating with my buddy mousefun. The thing is he really does seem knowledgeable about Disney parks and their history.] Thanks, Dan for the compliment! Wish I could say the same

Hmmm, Dan. Who's taunting who here? I am merely having a thorough conversation. Please do not bring it down to an infantile level, thanks.

Many of the figures are redressed as well. JUST LIKE the New Nemo ride... it uses the same track and vehicles as the old Sub Voyage. Pooh on the other hand, is an entirely new attraction, save for the CBJ tribute that non-fans don't even see. There is no auditorium in Pooh; there was no track in CBJ. <<I am merely having a thorough conversation.>> ...and I am sure you will have some smart-a** answer for this post too.
