But enough is enough at WDW. It's supposed to be a world class theme park resort and not a Timeshare Kingdom ... maybe after they spend some real money making the parks fresh they can go back to DVC -- AND any/all resort hotels too! People need reasons to return and that means IN THE PARKS.

I actually first heard of them and met one of them in 1990 at a media event for the opening of the Disney Dolphin Hotel and the old Muppets show at MGM. I believe Jim was head of main gate ops at MGM back then and Phil was head of MK entertainment. ... Very different time ... and clearly one stayed close to the Disney Way and one didn't ...

The sooner Disney dumps him, the better.>> As a former employee of the Magic Kingdom, I have to completely agree. The management structure the man has put in place in the park is just as bad, too. And I agree about WDW. I'd rather spend 4 days in Universal Orlando and Seaworld than Disney right now, ad I doubt that'll change until I have kids.
