If it was guilty, then Spector needs to think long and hard about a plea deal, because the D.A. would certainly retry. Supposedly, the jury was leaning towards a guilty verdict.

I can't believe how lame the lawyers and judge turned out to be. Sometimes things aren't as simple as an "either/or" situation.
