    I agree, although I'm still having blood pressure issues when thinking of the BAH. Sunset is great, but they really mucked up the central core to which you speak of with the hat. IMO.

    Why the move? I personally would not want to move to hot and humid FL when you are in ultra cool LA among the real entertainment production facilities. Besides, the need now for Lassiter is to fix DCA, so moving to MGM would not make budgetary sense. But who knows.

    Oh *that* Oakland on the other side of the Bay. I thought you were talking about Oakland the city towards the east side of the LA suburbs...nearby the freeway leading up the San Bernardino mountains and towards Vegas.
