The good thing about being in my job is that now that I'm under budget my team will be doing a few Teambuilding Meetings (Read parties), thanks to weird rules on how to spend at work. (Ie I have to spend the majority of my budget or else my budget gets trimmed next fiscal period, however I have retarded rules about wise spending so I had to order 20% less supplies which we need but I can throw lots of team building events which we don't need and don't really care for).
