About an hour after I heard about that, my nephews lost their Dad. My sister's ex was diagnosed with Cancer three weeks ago and was given 6 months. He was only in his mid 40s. I am in shock and saddened by both. Please keep their families in your prayers.

My siblings and I decided to have a quiet mothers day with mom. We gave all our kids a "day off" from the holiday and we took lunch up to her house and had a nice day with just us elders Unfortunately as mom was saying good bye to my brother at the front door she lost her footing and fell hard on the tile entry. I was right there but couldn't catch her. Hospice nurse came up and decided she needed xrays so our nice Mothers Day ended up with us all in the ER taking turns visiting with mom. She is VERY lucky. Some scrapes and 2 broken bones but they are not major bones so there is hope that this fall will not be "it" as it often is with the elderly. She has so many other health issues but she is in great spirits (we think the upped meds are helping and looking forward to my future DIL's bridal shower on the 21st. Sorry for the long post! mm, I am an obsessive packer, kind of OCD about it but I love it. I would be going nuts making those decisions Hope everyone is having a good day otherwise I believe you will find TX and I in the back of the plane in our jammies watching Disney cartoons.
