Now a bit of trivia:How I was schooled by my mother on Jam vs Jelly Jam is thick and has bits of the fruit still in it. Apricot would be spoonable and have bits of apricot and strawberry would have parts of the actual berry and lots of seeds. Jelly is clear and smooth, like thick jello. Marmalade is another contender. I only know about orange marmalade and it has bits of orange peel in it. I'm not a huge fan of any of it unless it served at a restaurant that makes their own jam and serves it in little bowls with tiny spoons and amazing biscuits or scones dripping in butter.
