    The results are in I have torn my anterior cruciate ligament, I am now on the list to see the orthopaedic specialist which is going to take another 4 to 6 weeks, and then he will decide plan of action, doctor said it will be either surgery or aggressive physio, but as it's been so long she suspects surgery *sigh*

    STiL, I believe Mama T and I already "surrogated" her. Besides, I let you have Disneyland55 a while back.

    {{{smed}}}, so sorry to hear about the torn ACL, I had a feeling that was what is was going to come down to. We'll just have to have DS27 be at your beck and call when you come out in November. After 9 years of school the kid owes us! In any case, it's a relief to finally have the problem diagnosed and have you one step closer on the road to recovery. BIG HUG!!!

    Indeed, you did, in a rare and concessionary gesture..... DL55's off to Oahu...maybe he won't mind his surrogate mom visiting him. :)

    PS Smeds, the offer is still open whenever you feel the need. We'll banish to cats to Timbuktu and find you a very cute ortho. TQ can't have cornered the market! (But, her offer of a bedazzled wheelchair trumps about anything I could do........)

    *sigh* JUST GET BETTER QUICKLY! {{{smedley}}}

    Tx- how wonderful to hear he's coming home !! was that his first deployment ? H will be happy to see the flags, but don't be surprised if he's a little quiet, my nephew Ian was that way. He really didn't like the fuss everyone made but did like the seeing the flags and etc. I told him he'd better just deal with the fuss, and that he just turned 24 less than a month ago and is already on his 3rd deployment, so if we want to fuss over him we will !!!!!! LOL
    But we did respect his need to just be alone and not talk about things over there, he didn't have a lot to say, but the thing that upset him the most was what the news papers over here say about what's going on over there, his exact words would get me kicked of LP !!!!!!!!!

    TX, please give your neighbor a thank-you and a welcome home hug from us too. He and others like him are greatly appreciated.
