She came out of it saying "That Jack is so funny". She also rode the Matterhorn for the first time. Her favorite though was Buzz.

murfsmom, yes, there was still some snow on the ground. It lasted until about Thursday. Cody was so excited to see it! Said he doesn't want to go to DL anymore for Christmas 'cause he doesn't want to miss the snow! LOL

Filling the cart with hot chocolate, coffee and tea (irish cream and brandy for later.) Checking the whipped cream canisters, we seem to be a little low, adding that to one of my lists. Holiday sprinkles, check, cinnamon, check, candy canes, check, Santa Mickey napkins, check.....do you all notice the battery run Christmas lights I've added to the cart? ooohh, see that dlfan8's hid some fudge here, sooo nice!

I'm working my my latte swirls, I hope the plane is steady today, one jump and my snowman becomes a snowball.

It was great to meet you in person fellow, um what are we called? disneylandfan8 and her handsome son, TX and her beautiful girls, I found rt at the Big Meet, Parsec and his very nice family, yekcim and her contagious smile and who am I missing? Where is that coffee?
Always a fun time getting to know the shivaroons and murfsmom better! Again, who am I missing?

I'd better start moving this cart and see whose onboard!

It was great to meet everyone. I am sad that I didn't get to meet Parsec. We are friends on FB too and I would have liked to say hi, but some how I missed being introduced even though I think he was at the Billy meet. I wish I could have visited more with people.

I have most of my shopping done and about half of my wrapping done at this point, but I have decided I do not have time to send out any Christmas cards for the first time in 20 years. In the past, I have also decorated every room in my house, but this year I just have the tree and stocking hanger out. I am just missing that week I was in DL for getting everything I usually do done.

I can't think of anything you've forgotten, Amazed, for your cart and yes, do LOVE the flashing lights.

Has someone called DL and ordered the snow for Christmas Eve like they have after the fireworks??

Today is my wrapping frenzy day. I LOVE to wrap, write the Christmas cards and decorate but I like to have time and not be rushed, I agree TX, I need that week back too :)

Maybe we should invest in a Disneyland snow blower? Adjusted to a gentle wafting of snope of course. Mickey Santa hats and gloves for everyone of course.

I picked up some pasteries when we stopped in Solvang. Would anyone like one? Zero virtual calories of course.

Would anyone care to watch "Mickeys Christmas Carol?" I need a short period of time today to not think about what I should be doing.

mmm, peppermint schnapps sounds good! I'll have in on the cart within the hour. Hot Damn!!!! My only experience with that was when our 1st son was a senior in high school. I went into his mess of a room to get his soccer uniform to wash and low and behold found a bottle of Hot Damn buried underneath. I'd never even heard of it. Of course it was "Joes" and NOT HIS! LOL!, not really funny though, I did know they weren't driving and who they were with when "Joe" produced the Hot Damn. Hey, I WILL get some and have it on the drink table on Christmas Eve :) Memories!

Should we have appetizers with our drinks?

Are you enjoying the movie as much as I am TX?

Hmmm, the request for alcohol seems to be coinciding with the holidays? Anyone like Hot Buttered Rum? Peppermint martinis? Champagne with Pom and pomegranate seeds floating in the bubbles? For those not imbibing how about sparkling apple cider or fresh made lemonade with mint?

I'm deciding which drink to have tonight. Our DD#1, SIL and grandson are in Disneyland (without us!!!) and DD#2 and her boyfriend are going Saturday for a few days (without us!!!) I sooo want to be back there. Maybe we can hover around and I'll get out my binoculars :)

I'm thinking we need some mood music. Something calming or loud and festive?
Herbal tea or coffee with an extra shot?
