Then, Saturday morning my mom, sister and I started at 8am, we finished making the tamales at 5:45pm, steaming them all took till 2am in the morning. We made 30 dozen. Normally with a larger crew we do about 75 dozen. So, whipping them up is not an easy chore. LOL!
