I would guess they could probably fit 3 or 4 floats in the street around the hub, plus a lot of dancers who could move around to help 'squish' it into the circle so it could turn around. I don't know any real specifics about what they have planned, but it seems to me that it could definately be half the size of POD and all work out, if they're clever about it.
