We were able to enjoy our time together as a group (for the most part, since my mom doesn't do coasters), in a location that was fairly convenient. That's how I got hooked, but the far off places, realism, and just general good design are what really made me want to get more into it. The memories are special, but they could have been anywhere. It's the park itself that is what's so unique.
