There is a situation that can cause it show more than once that i'm aware of - if you go to a page and it pops up, then go to another page (where it shouldn't popup) then hit the back button and your browser uses your cache instead of getting the page from the server, the popup code is still on that page so it will popup again. But even that wouldn't cause it pop up on practically every page, only when hitting the back button under certain situations. Anyone else seeing this? Doobie.

To be honest, that's an issue I hadn't thought about when I designed the system. I think I have a way to prevent this while I'll try to get implemented this week. Thanks for the details.
