Overall, you really couldn't expect a flatter course; I was just pointing out the hills as a way to show that there are so few of them that you really notice any incline/decline on the course. I found an elevation map online, and it looks like the highest and lowest points on the course only have 60' of vertical difference, and the slopes are (for the most part) so gradual that you don't even notice them.
