Got a call from a recruiter today who saw my resume on Monster.com, and I may have a temp job for one month up in Fairbanks, Alaska. They will pay for airfare, hotel, and rental car (need to get that in writing though). They'll pay the rate I want (old pay plus 50%) which will help to get by. Filed last week for unemployment, and that was approved. I have mixed feelings about this job, as I'm not sure how my mom will be alone for a month. We'll see. I should know more tomorrow.
