    Thank you all SO MUCH. You are such a caring, loving group of people, and just hearing that someone else cares means the world to me.

    Just a few weeks ago, I happened to mention my brain-injured brother's situation to a lady who writes a blog that I read. (She has a friend in a similar situation, so we exchanged a few e-mails on the subject.) She decided to start sending my brother letters on a weekly basis, along with handmade, cheery cards and, most recently, a Halloween pillowcase for his bed that she'd made herself! I have been absolutely blown away by her complete thoughtfulness and generosity.

    It's people like her--and you--that really restore my faith in the world we live in. Thank you again so much.
