All of those things you paid for, and that's cool. But the tickets you bought didn't include access to every pool on the property. You think you had the right to use the Beach Club pool, but you didn't. It's a standard policy on Disney property that everyone gets to use their own pool, and that's it. The Beach Club pool is so cool that if they opened up access to everyone staying on Disney property, the pool would be so mobbed that it wouldn't be any fun at all. Also, you say that you could swim at the Swan and Dolphin. I'm not entirely sure that you had permission to do so. Just because someone didn't kick you out doesn't mean that it was OK to use the property. Again, everyone staying at a Disney hotel has the right to use their own pool, and no others. The only exception is for sister resorts like the Port Orleans resorts. Sorry if you thought it was discrimination, but it was not. It would be discrimination if, for instance, they let tall skinny people in and not short fat people. But they set the rules for their own property, and if you're not staying at the Yacht or Beach Club, you don't get to use their pool. Them's the rules.
