Don't forget about the cool skeletons playing chess in the Pirates que. It is always funny to me that so many people go past if with out seeing it. Coming up right behind the two classics has to be Space Mountain and Splash. Both que lines are done really good. You almost feel like you really are in a station when in line for SM. The holograms and then before youget on the ride you see the comets and the cookie asteroid... Anyway my vote for best que is waiting in line at Toon Town Fair, you know waiting for the non-Mickey character meets, inside the big top tent... there are the framed tv screens that show a scrambled up photo of Disney Characters and the crowd guesses out loud. This seems to pass the time very fast and its fun.
