I called and spoke to a guy named Ken who said that the tracking of the package showed it left but never was delivered. He told me that he would walk down to the warehouse and have the book overnighted to me. My first thought was "Sure, you're no where near the warehouse and you cant walk to it." My second thought was it is 6pm and I wont get it for several days. The next morning I walked out the door and the book was on my front steps. It had been FedEx'd. Ok, I was impressed. I went to work, came home and was having dinner when my phone rang and who should be on the other end but...Ken! He was calling to make sure I got the book. Do you think that made me a customer for life? You bet it did. I buy almost all my books, music and other stuff from Amazon.

Okay, so it was your topic to begin with.... What do we have 101 of? 101 working lightbulbs on Main Street? 101 running attractions? 101 well themed lands with no jarring interruptions? 101 happy LP fans visiting the MK? Bored and cold North Dakota minds want to know!

I try to choose service as much as is possible, but back in my "struggling young family" days, I couldn't choose for much more than price. It is definitely a shift we have to make as a society.

A 'lil business sense (sounds like a Sarah-Palinism) might not hurt me, but it sure as heck isn't adding value to the Great Timeshare Toilet of the World or whatever it is that Spirit calls WDW.

High pressure seminars on timeshares abound and people scoff at them----- and for good reason too. ---------- you know and I know that came from the early days of 'timeshares' and a combination of inflexibility and shady groups selling them in some cases. There is a reason why Disney and Marriott and others don't call their offerings that.. 1. because the offering really is quite different in structure 2. because buy from a quality compnay and receive quality, buy from Sam's Ski shack in Colorado and get what one pays for.

The signs, aesthetics, and yes, logo, clash with whatever theme they out it next to. We go from FW, to WS, to Fantasyland, to wherever there is a DVC cart, and instead of a total, immersive environment, we have a cart with logos plastered on it, an advertisement. Even if they are selling DVC to people, it's wrong. Its not the place to be doing so. Show > Efficiency Disney can find a way to make their profit somewhere else without ruining the illusion and thematics of WDW.
