We went in and found a CM, who said that yes, it qualifies, so we were able to pick up quite a few of the blankets. There's no limit on how many of the blankets you buy - you can buy however many you qualify for - I guess the only limit would be if a location ran out, but I would presume you could pick up the rest elsewhere if you were buying that many. Oh, and the AP discount doesn't apply to the $10 cost of each blanket. We asked. /cs
