Ever since the second park experienced a 'failure to launch' they seem to be cutting back on their own commitment of operating two full-scale parks. It doesn't matter that there's another show space across the way in DCA, DL needs its own. Let's not forget that it's DL that's the centerpiece of the resort, and DCA is the add-on. I still think the overall design of the FL theater is good, they just need to utilize it as intended. It's size and design allows for easy in-and-out, before during and after any performance. which is important for groups with kids. And it's huge - it can absorb thousands of people easily. But only if there's a reason to go in. They need a production that entertains and draws the guests. It seems like a no-brainer, but I don't think I've seen one in there yet.
