That's the game, I think. They'll probably have to entomb the whole thing, and TDR is in the danger zone for sure. Also, my home. And a lot of Northern Tokyo. If this report is true, of course (I'm still hoping it's a typo!).

We have commented several times that the building is used mainly as a locals shopping Mall to serve the people of Urayasu. Its even more suprising when you look at how many other shops and Restaurants in Tokyo were so quickly reopen. These include big dept stores around Shinjuku.
Originally Posted By Roger55 While it appears to be fact that radiation levels 10 million times normal are being measured, what isn't being reported is the exact heath concerns associated with that level. Let's say that normal levels are one billionth of what it would take to be dangerous to humans, a reading of 10 million times higher than normal would be insignificant. This is why I take issues with the way things are being reported by most of the media and by "wanna be" reporters all over the internet. Even when facts are being reported accurately, the context or significance of the facts are not specifically or directly being reported. This is causing people to jump to their own conclusions. I recommend that everyone read through the following from the World Health Organization. http://www.who.int/hac/crises/...dex.html I think it can help people understand more the context and severity of the situation and come to more accurate conclusions on their own.

Things here are tough to come to grips with, to say the least. I'm just offering up the stuff I've seen and heard (and I'm sorry if it seems negative, believe me I'd love to report positive and upbeat updates if I could!).
