Well, considering how many Disney execs go to bat for their own team, I would thik this is very likely!

Since my Disney fantasies of late have all been about food (getting ready to book Napa Rose and Blue Bayou and Hook's Pointe for my annual post-Emmy visit), I suppose I should just let you be with Kryssa ;-)

Her bit with the fish and chips in the UK is good, and she has one memorable phrase...."I see London, I see France--you know the rest."

    Stacey's still my girl, though.

Hey Disney execs - I'll say it again - I could do a much better job and you don't have to pay me. A lifetime annual pass and a free room at POR a few times a year and you're done!

    I like it ... A LOT!

The food has gone from barely average to very, very good.

The prime rib is as good as any I've had. Fresh and high quality vs. the boil in a bag Sam's Club crap they used to serve.

My only 'issue' with the new menu is the fact the prices are really pushing the bounds of what I'm willing to pay for a meal that overlooks a theme park ride.

I have every intention of making the Oscars in the not so distant future.

But I am an Emmy guy because TV has played such a major role in my life, both personally and professionally. When you know people who are nominated it gives you a rooting interest.

And, frankly, I don't believe the Oscars really represent the best in film. They ignore popular success and pick films based on all sorts of inane, stodgy criteria.

For instance, the buzz on The Dark Knight is very, very good and it's likely to be a huge blockbuster yet there's no way a superhero movie or its performers will get a nod. You just know that. Hell, I think Ratatouille was the best film of 2007.

So, I am not a big fan of the way Oscar decides who takes home the statues. The Emmys, while not perfect, at least tend to regularly reward greatness ... even if it's the kind best appreciated by the dirty, uneducated masses!

I have had some very interesting experiences on the red carpet ... especially a few years ago when I had been inbibing some spirits and friends took some pictures of me making some terribly obscene and totally inappropriate gestures to the NBC peacock as well as taking over the ET set to hold my own after-party.

Or a few years ago when the creator of CSI, Anthony Zuiker, allowed me to be a member of his family so I wasn't quickly ushered into the Shrine (as they try to do).

Then there was the year (2006 I think) when the Spirit's mom was flirting with Tom Brokaw, while I was helping an unnamed ABC starlet deal with a costume malfunction :)

    yep ... fun times ...

The only person I could see myself flirting with at the Oscars is Gerard Butler...any by flirting I mean attacking him and ripping his clothes off. Other than that, I'd just be people watching and making snarky (though whispered) comments about people's clothing and hair - but that's it :).
