And UoE is one of the worst offenders. That whole side of the park was designed with some impressive geometric landscaping to counter the more natural feel of FW West. There is clay a few feet down though, and that killed many of the taller hedges and trees after they began to really establish roots. They need to essentially relandscape that entire half of the park - with a real plan, and clay resistant roots.

I don't understand that...Do they just forget about FW East and pile on the palms and grass over there?
