He's defended the actions of homophobes, therefore it isn't unreasonable to suspect that he's behaving similarly in this case, although no one suggested that he was actually defending racism though. However, Josh didn't read the article, and responded hastily and out of context, so yeah, in this case his viewpoint was a knee jerk reaction by his own admission.
