These "special moments" seem to be at the discretion of the CMs, which means their personal biases are going to come into it. And Westsider certainly illuminated us on what those are. I have no kids, wear a pin lanyard, and my AP around my neck, so what do you think my chances are to get a special something? Yeah, I didn't think so either. This is something that you didn't have to worry about with the gift giver machine. I would hope that Jay Rasulo's statement "Our goal is to make dreams come true for every single guest who visits our Disney parks," really means EVERYONE, first timers, 100 timers, kids, adults, CMs on their days off, APers, locals, vacationers.
