I remember one time during the ballroom scene, all I could see was a reflection of someone's dang flashy necklace thing.

Then we ended up behind a girl who was texting her way through the Mansion, and the light from her phone was really distracting. In most scenes it was just annoying, but it completely ruined the ballroom scene to see the girl one car over's reflection in a blue light. She was with another girl, and the two of them must have known the people in front of them, as they continued their conversation from before they got on, all the way to the ballroom. Why can't some people just get over themselves and realize that not everybody cares what they feel like saying at that moment in time.

I think the problem is that they are not thinking of the others around them and that they are ruining the experience for others. I call it a lack of respect for our fellow man and I think that it is the cause of a lot of our society's problems. It would be nice if the CMs could remind people of the need to be quiet so that everyone could enjoy the show. I know it would not stop everyone but it may cause a few people to think.

Same for Pirates, its more fun seeing and hearing people enjoy the ride, than everyone quiet. I hope everyone understand what I am trying to say.

Well their adult in charge was on her cell phone, she told them what they were doing was a no-no then went back to her phone call as the girls ran along then squatted down and started picking HANDSFULL of flowers. We were boarding the horse drawn carriage when I saw one of them teeter and almost fall. (By then "mom" had said several things to them but they ignored her and she went on with her phone call.) DH had had enough and told our driver about it. She could not leave her horse but got another CM and he got them down at which time the woman puts away her phone and says, "That was very bad of you, you're in big trouble!"

At the end of the ride she looked at us with full on CM personna and said, "I'm so sorry you had to witness that." We all applauded her and said she did what was called for at the time." So, this whole long rant is to say some guests do annoying things and some are down right dangerous. Whew!!

'Course as soon as I turn my back on DH he buys the kids light up necklaces and stuff. Grrrr. >:-( I do still blame the guest though. lol. But I like to think that people are just so into the moment that they just forget to turn them off and aren't trying to be obnoxious about it.
