Maybe terminal patients with chronic pain be the exception. Then the Rush Limbaugh's of the world wouldn't get exposed to the drug.

Talk about your black and white thinking. All drug abuse is comparable? All immigarnts are equal? Where's the grey area in determining degrees of guilt here? Apparently nonexistent.
