There's also little ryhme or reason to why people are pulled out of line. Celebrities are also ofetn hassled just because TSA workers have absolute power. It's ridiculous ... but let's not X-Ray cargo because that would be a burden on big business and we couldn't do that. Crazy ...

But the more you react or say, the worse it is. I just wanted to get it over and go on my way. What had been OK when I went through from Atlanta, was not in DC. I just didn't go into all that here. I try, very hard, not to post too long and I seem to make TDLFAN angry no matter what I say so I'm trying to be careful with my wording. I appreciate your comment. My husband will, too!

Bingo! Was not a pretty sight and not one you would have enjoyed, at all. LOL!!!

I think THAT made it quite horrific for the most part.

My stupid answer was no more stupid than your stupid complaint about the 12 minutes. Just a difference of opinion.

It's amazing that we have more security, mostly of the private variety than at any time in our history, yet most people feel less secure. The TSA is a needed evil to a certain point. But abuse is clearly rampant. You need probable cause in the real world, but TSA can basically sexually assualt you, your SO, your children etc ... with no cause and you can't refuse without being jailed (welcome to life in George Bush's America). That just amazes me. You basically give up all your constitutional rights when you pass thru an airport checkpoint. Not much scares the Spirit. That does.
