In the case you mentioned, it's the exact same drug made in the same factory in Canada that's sold in both Canada (at the lower price) and the US (at the much higher price). In other cases, it's the exact same drug made in the same factory, but the factory is in the US. So, there isn't even the vague notion of "foreign-made" drug safety that can be used as a smokescreen.

We don't have Tylenol Pm's so when we are in the States we stock up Palin's stupidity continues to amaze me.....
