It could use another ride or two, but this is Disney. They don't add new rides anymore. They just replace or remove existing rides.

I never cared for it myself, but now? Now I loathe it. LOL!

Toon Town needs to stay as TT but add the slinky dog spinner where Chip n Dale tree house is.

Although I really like the idea of doing something futuristic in Tomorrowland (crazy idea, I know), I'm not sure that something of that scale would fit in that space. It's tough to tell, since the online map area measuring tool doesn't have historical images, but the Horizons building was somewhere in the 70,000-80,000SF ballpark, for a ~15-16 minute ride

For comparison, the circular Innoventions building is only about 22,000SF (the Haunted Mansion showbuilding at DL is about 35,000SF for a 8-9 minute ride). Although the Innoventions building is pretty big within the scale of DL, it's easy to forget just how massive everything at Epcot is (especially the original Future World pavilions). Future World is about the same size as all of Disneyland

I would have to assume the great majority of DL's guests have never experienced Horizons. It would be new to them. I also don't think you would have to replicate the original... just use its overall theme as the starting point for designing the new attraction.

It would only be old to those that have been to WDW before 1999.

Gosh, it's almost hard to believe it has been gone so long.

Just as a quick metal exercise, consider everything Disney built between 1983 and 1999, and from 1999 to today. One period is far more impressive than the other

Wow. It's like realizing Champlin was a member of Chicage for longer than Cetera.

    Boom!

1999 to today perhaps doesn't look quite so bleak if you take TDSea into account.

Stop talking about Toontown, DLfan85--it's not going anywhere. Star Wars Land is replacing the Simba parking lot. Stop reading MiceAge and WDWMagic and stop paying attention to the lies that the Evil Spirit, Jim Hill, etc. have fabricated and continue to fabricate just to get attention like the spoiled brats that they truly are.

Where's Peter when you need him.
