The permanent portion of the Nemo queue is designed for wheelchairs, even though guests in wheelchairs are more likely to bypass the line and go straight to the alternate viewing room. Some of the regulations are good, and some just don't make much sense.

I know for a fact that the Handicapped go through a special gate (single rider gate as well) and end up on the side of the station where the queue backs up to. then you take the elevator across. so you get to skip the line pretty much entirely. On Indy, I'm pretty sure you just go down the exit pathway and then meet up at the preshow film room then take the elevators up and across.
