He might if they put his chili over the pasta.

DOSH will have to come back to the park, and inspect/approve the changes Disney made before any member of the Public will be allowed to ride. Plus, the DOSH report would be released to the Public at that time.

I can understand Disney hoping to get the attraction back up and running by this weekend, but I have not heard from any CM that they have been scheduled to work the attraction, and you would figure that they would be scheduling if they expect it up and running for guests.

DOSH will require Disney to recreate the situation that caused the accident.

That is running 5 trains, keeping 2 trains in the station, and then have the other three trains stop correctly in brake zone 9, and 8, and most importantly, zone 7. And more than once, plus other testing of that zone, and the ride control software.

Once you see testing on a regular basis of multiple trains running, and having them e-stop, and do other "non-normal" situations to test the safety system, you should expect Disney to call DOSH in the next few days, unless they run into a problem during the testing phase.

I am waiting for the ride to return too, but the multiple train testing is an important thing, as I think everyone wants to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Oh, well. I'll just have to settle for the other 100 or so rides at DL, DCA, Universal, and Legoland. : )
