I just don't get why you have an upscale theme park and theme it to a cheap theme park. Having said that, I've seen TriceraTops Spin, and they spent some money on this thing. It is very well detailed, some of which really doesn't show up well in pictures. For example, some elements on it only appear while it is moving, and retract into the structure. Other elements spin in the reverse direction from the ride, which really makes it look like a child's spinning top. Within the context of this (admittedly poor) theme, IMO, Triceratops Spin is as well done as Dumbo.

Tricaratops is like the 4th type of spinner (behind Dumbo, Astro Orbitor, Aladdin). We only have two here and thankfully there is now way management is going to squeeze a Aladdin in our Adventureland. Chester and Hester owned a gas station, in an area where some dino-fossils were found, that then cuase a bunch of grad-students and their proffessor came to start digging stuff up (the Dino-site/cretaeous trail, the grad students turned an old wharehoue into their dorm (Resturantasurus). Chester and Hester decided to capitalize on the tourist and built their stuff. Then the corporate people came in and built the Dino-Institute, who want to see the students and C&H gone, so they can make money off thir time travel tours. The problem is that the grad students have't been back in a long time, and Chester and Hester seem to have built out of control.

Part of this theme is a "roadside carnival" - that part which is called C&H Dinorama. I still think that the detailing is well done, for a poorly chosen theme. As you exit CTX (Dinosaur), there is a sign that says "You are now leaving the Dino Institute grounds". Much of the backstory is supported through the details in the area. I think that this backstory is so messy, that its almost like the design team was saying, "We have an animal park, and we need a Dinosaur attraction, but it can't sound too much like Jurassic Park."
