One time I made a purchase only to find out that it was too late and had to lug a snowglobe around with me the rest of the evening. Had I known I would have waited until the next day to buy it. I have my purchases sent to the hotel and then give the slips to the bellman when they pick up our luggage on the last day (we always have it stored and we have brunch in DTD When we get back to the hotel the bags are with our luggage and ready to go. They ALWAYS have us check everything to make sure we have each item.

But I do have to say, even our last trip to the Grand Californian 2 years ago offered one of the best hotel experiences in the world. I do love the Grand.

That is a BIG one if you have ever tried to call on your own, you know it is a big pain. You can charge all of your purchases to your hotel bill-is that really a perk or will it just give you a heart attack when you can see exactly how much you spent all at once instead of having little scraps of receipts all around?!
