No cop would allow anything to go further, because they are way too homophobic to tolorate anything more...that's why they "busted" the guy when he reached down to pick up a piece of paper. Typical cop harrassment, and I firmly believe that (just as I firmly believe the guy probably WAS looking for sex...that doesn't make the cop any less wrong or the harrassment of gays any less okay).

And he pleaded guilty? And he told absolutely no one about the incident? Even sean hannity isn't going THAT far.

Too bad you couldn't be a professional juror. My beef is with the cops who enjoy entrapping and humiliating homosexuals. Noone here seems to care though, so...go back to the witchhunt I guess (I feel people are missing the bigger pitcure, but that's apparently just me).

The people borrowed the money. They agreed to pay it back. They did not pay it back. People who do not pay back money they owe increase interest rates and make credit for all of us harder to get (check out the recent credit meltdown in the U.S. triggered by loan defaults). After continued attempts by the creditor to collect the money, they have now turned the case over to attorneys. My son's job is to try one last time to get the debtor to settle, and if that is not possible to file the papers necessary to have the debtor's wages garnished. He doesn't harass or threaten anyone. He doesn't need to. He knows if they don't respond the law will take care of the rest. So go ahead and hate him. He makes darn good money for a kid without a college education doing a job that needs to be done.
