    While I disapprove of no-bid contracts in general, I recognize that there may be some cases where they are appropriate. In those cases, there needs to be controls in place.

    I haven't seen any evidence that Halliburton has done anything wrong.

    Do yourself a favor and watch the documentary "Iraq for Sale: The War Profiteers." It's quite enlightening.
