Also, consider that the new metro line that will stop at SDL is not being built just for the resort, but will have many stops nearby. Development is done in conjunction with metro development.

The article is about the DL Hotel and about the construction of a "mountain".

Doesn't the DL hotel on the blueprint look familiar to the Grand California Hotel?

It's also interesting that the wings don't appear to all be the same width. I would assume that means that the rooms inside them will be slightly different sizes. I'm specifically confused by the wing a 3-o'clock (labeled 5F), which appears to be roughly half the width of the others; will it only have rooms on one side? Or be some sort of suites?

That'S why I like DLP's version of RnRC better. It doesn't feature any Hollywood theming, but I like the disco lights and the fog effects.

I guess it thesize of the building can be compared to RnRC.

Maybe the building will be outside the park berm and so it is kept in the distance, like the showbuilding of RnRC in Paris.

By the way, isn't Robert Iger currently in Shanghai to take a look a the construction. I think I read that somewhere. This is the reason why he couldn't attend the Frozen Oscar party at WDAS.

In the Adventureland photo (which I assume is Treasure Cove), you can see the layout of the pirates ride, before they put the building frame over it. At the very least, it definitely looks like a different layout than the DL/WDW versions of the ride, since it has a lot more twists and turns

You can also see what appears to be roller coaster tracks at the bottom of the Tomorrowland photo, including a helix that sticks out to the right, beyond the logical limits of a building. There's also a big building under construction, so I'm not sure which one will be the Tron coaster

Maybe that's because the park will be in China and at least for me that country isn't high on my To Do List. On the other hand this is the first Disney park I can follow from planning over building to opening.

I'm impressed by your sightings. I tooks me quite some time to figure out what you are meaning.

I'm sure the coaster will be the Tron ride. I still think it's a bad choice, they should have used the traditional SM. Tomorrowland without SM isn't TL. They could have used DLP's version to avoid similarities between SDL and HKDL.

On a related note, does anybody know if SDL has a public website yet?

And another fun thing I noticed in the construction photos: although there's still tons of work to be done on the park itself, it looks like the construction of the subway station is almost complete. I wonder if this will be used to transport construction workers throughout the project
