Originally Posted By FerretAfros With FP+, nearly every ride in WDW has FP, but I believe their POTC always had it DL added it to theirs during the initial roll-out of FP around 2000, but they removed it around 2003-04 because they realized it wasn't necessary. During that era, lots of other attractions had FP that have since it removed like non-Holiday Haunted Mansion, it's a small world holiday, and Winnie the Pooh Although I'm sure it will have a pretty high capacity and will be able to deal with the crowds, it just seems surprising, since POTC was the first real headliner attraction that they talked about to the public. Without FP, I'm sure some guests will think it's not worth their time (similar to how many European guests overlooked DLP's indoor rides when the park opened because they assumed anything that wasn't visible outside was just a walkthrough)

Usually around this time, the parks start to look complete as the rides enter their test and adjust phase, landscaping and hardscaping get installed, details get added to the buildings, and cast members get their training. It's going to be really interesting to see how all this works out with the amount of work remaining On the bright side, the hotels, shopping area, and general resort infrastructure look like they're in pretty good shape, so they should at least be able to handle the opening day crush

It seems to be doing (surprisingly) well in the US, but it's crazy expensive and the concept just doesn't seem so unique that they couldn't find something else similar-yet-different to do instead. At least they're getting some tenants with Disney ties!

I think the new Skippers Canteen table-service restaurant at MK (which is mid-size/large) has around 230 seats. I sure hope that the big size doesn't make it feel like a middle school cafeteria
