It's a fun little detail that keeps making its way around!

It’s probably because I think of the Gardens of Imagination as the “hub” for the park, but it’s interesting to see how close Disneytown and the bus drop-off area are to it. I guess there’s no hope for that space getting turned into a new theme park land in the future

It still just seems strange that it is *so* close to the park, when they could have laid everything out to give more space. It makes sense to do it that way in Anaheim where they were constrained, but this just seems like an odd choice for a master planned project. I guess any future expansion of the park will have to be to the north (though it seems like there's plenty of underutilized space within the park to add attractions in the next few years)

The Tangled facade looks neat, but it also looks like there's a lot of work to go. Looking at LP's throwback photos of DCA's construction, the park was just about complete by this point, allowing for training, previews, and adjustments. Seems like this will be a big push to barely finish on time

I guess Disney will open the park even if it isn't finished yet. And I really have doubts that they are going to make it. Whenever I see an aerial picture, I think they will finish the park on time, but these close up photos indicate otherwise.

Apparently it snowed in Shanghai. I've never been there, but it seems Shanghai has the same climate like Paris or Tokyo.

I didn't realize Shanghai ever got snow. Given how ridiculously hot it was during my visit, I assumed it had tropical weather yearround
