The detailing on that guardrail leading to Adventure Isle is unreal! It's very cool that they've tried to make it look like something more than just a guardrail made of themed materials. We haven't seen a lot of photos out of Adventure Isle or Treasure Cove, but what we have seen is all incredibly well detailed. I think these are the areas that I would be most interested to see in person

Mickey Avenue looks better than I was expecting, but they're sort of limited for what they can do with the non-theme of the area. It looked like at least one building was missing signage, so maybe more details will show up later Regarding the cheap look of Scrooge's building, here are some shots of McDuck's Department Store in TDS, just to rub it in a little I had forgotten about the Frozen sing-along show. I wonder how that's being received... The details in Treasure Cove are a lot more cartoony/playful than I had expected. The photos I saw last week looked a lot darker, but it looks like they've added a lot of silly things to balance it out It's tough to judge Soarin' from one short clip, but it looks like they're trying to cram a bunch of CGI effects into it, rather than letting the settings be the stars of the show. The music sounds similar enough to the original, but I found the visuals less than inspiring The Tron ride looks fun, but awfully short. The outdoor section doesn't really match the look of the interior ride, but I'm sure it will be neat for guests walking by
From videos, it appears that Peter Pan is significantly longer a ride experience. That's pretty disappointing.
The McDuck Department Store looks fantastic, but it's still not the money bin from the comics. I want to see Duckburgh! The Tron coaster is indeed very short, but maybe that's because Chinese don't like coaster that much. I don't know if that's true, but I read somewhere that at HKDL lines for the smaller rides are much longer than for the coasters. As for Soarin, I don't mind that they are adding some CGI. While I really enjoy Soarin' as it is, some cool thrilling scenes, like the one with the whale, add up to the experience. But I guess we have to wait until we have experienced the attraction ourselves.
During both of my visits to HKDL (prior to the additions of the mini-lands), Pooh had a ~45 minute wait and Space Mountain (the only coaster) was a walk-on. That may be because of intensity, but it may also reflect the relative capacity of the two attractions. Additionally, people walking by may not know what's inside Space Mountain, but Pooh is pretty easy to figure out from the walkway, so it may be more inviting. Since the Tron coaster (as well as the Grizzly Gulch coaster in HK) goes outside, it may help increase ridership by being its own "weenie"
You are right, RnRC is only 1:22, even DLP's SM is only 2 minutes. According to the video posted above, the ride is about two minutes. So I guess it's not really that short.
If you take out the slow rolling from the station and back into the station, you're looking at a ride of about 1:00-1:10 or so. That is exceptionally short for a major anchor E-ticket. DLR spinners and dark rides are all longer!
DLP's Space Mountain is by far the best SM of all Disney Parks. It has a duration of 2 minutes and even if you take out the rolling from the station and back into the station, it is still long enough to be one of Disney's best coasters. So I guess we shouldn't judge the ride based on the running time without experiencing it ourselves. At first I also thought it was too short, but now after comparing it to DLP's SM, I might be wrong.

I've just watched some scenes of the video. POTC starts after 21 minutes and it looks amazing. Soarin' starts after 10 minutes and it also looks fantastic!!
